Background

With the promulgation and implementation of regulations such as the Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and Regulations on the Management of Cosmetics Registration and Filing Documents, cosmetic companies are facing a series of new requirements and challenges such as safety assessment, efficacy basis, and ingredient submission.
